I've lost an average of 5 kg every three weeks. I'm still over-weight, according to my BMI, but moving nicely in the right direction. Next week I should be OK . . . One side-effect of this fast is that I'm looking forward to cooking. I've always been a fair cook but since Irem took over the kitchen nearly 20 years ago, I rarely give myself a chance.
